This page provides important information about how long new orders are likely to take at any given time depending on my work-load and holidays etc. I update this page regularly therefore please check it each time before making a purchase if the delivery date is crucial.

I am currently working to usual order times for wooden hearts.  Larger signs and canvases may take slightly longer - please contact me to check before ordering.  If you need something urgently please contact me before ordering, I will always do my best to accommodate you.

Usual order times

You should allow the following time-frames for me to paint your order after any discussions and queries regarding the brief have been finalised:

Canvases, signs and door plaques - 3-5 weeks

Wooden Hearts - 7-14 days

Items are then sent by first class post, unless you specifically ask me to send them by guaranteed next day delivery.

If you need something urgently...

Unless I'm on holiday I may be able to do something sooner than the time frames above, but only by prior agreement. Please just drop me a line first.
