Chunky and completely unique little wooden heart christmas decorations hand-mounted with beautiful vintage maps of the North Pole, Lapland, Bethlehem and the United Kingdom.
You can choose whether to have your hearts finished off with a little sparkle to mark the places, inlcuding one on the UK map to show Father Christmas where to come!
Each heart is gently softened around the edges to make it touchy-feely and is hand-tied with red and white bakers' twine.
You can either order them individually, as a set of four beautifully presented in a sturdy recycled gift box, or in a a larger set including personalised initial hearts hand-printed in a lovely old typewriter font.
